The Splicer is an advanced version of the Inoculator that allows the injection of genes from serums into individuals. Like the Inoculator, these must be larvae (butterflies), pollen (trees and flowers) or serums (bees). The Splicer does not require ethanol like the Inoculator, and works much faster. However, the computation needed to do this process results in an energy requirement of 10000 RF per tick. The machine takes 1 minute to do one gene, with an additional 30 seconds for each additional gene. It will only add genes that aren't already present.
