Empty Serum Vial

An Empty Serum Vial holds a single gene, and can be used to inoculate an individual. To assign a gene, open the Gene Database and click on a gene with the empty serum vial to assign the gene.
Empty Serum Array

An Empty Serum Array can hold up to one of every type of gene for a certain species. It cannot hold genes from two different types of living thing, such as bees and trees. It is assigned to in the same way as an Empty Serum Vial.

Cylinders are a type of liquid storage similar to cans and capsules. However, certain liquids such as bacteria and DNA can only be stored in cylinders and glass bottles.
