Woes continue for battling tactix who were involved in two of the five deaths, one due to the use of fireworks and two to the bullet fired by a security guard.
In another incident, three people died in an explosion and one of the victims had a wound to his body. Another woman was killed in a double shooting at an outdoor 바카라 market place in Algiers in July, which also involved a grenade.
The state's chief prosecutor 바카라 announced a series of measures on Tuesday that were meant to boost law enforcement and increase prosecutions under criminal justice laws.
The proposals include strengthening procedures for investigations and prosecutions, the state's official information website said on Tuesday.
"The authorities have taken steps to strengthen procedures to increase the ability of police officers to bring charges or to establish facts through a formal investigation and to speed up the process. This includes introducing procedures for court trials, giving police better access to documents, investigating suspects and giving more powers to courts," the website said.
Security has been on top of the list of concerns for the judicial administration which has been plagued by delays to the start of its fiscal 2018 budget and a sharp rise in police budget.
"We are working to implement new measures in line with our general priorities in the country. We have been working towards this since we arrived in office," said Amal Bouazizi, head of judicial services.
But Bouazizi said the measures did not bring the justice system up to the standards of other African states in addressing problems associated with violence against women.
"This is not because we do not have violence against women and girls. We have serious issues related to violence against women and girls and we do have issues that must be dealt with because we are not an African state that can ignore that," Bouazizi said.
At the beginning of October, 바카라 it emerged that at least four women had been sentenced in the wake of the violence. One case is now under investigation and a third remains pending in court.
"This is a very serious challenge we are now dealing with and we have to act on it," said Amal Bouazizi.
Women across the country have protested against the ongoing violence against them since the announcement of reforms in May.
