The Florist's Encyclopaedia is a tool which, when right clicked on a breedable flower in the world, gives the species, colour and age of the flower in question. This uses up durability, and the Florist's Encyclopaedia has 120 uses before breaking. The Encyclopaedia can be crafted together with an iron ingot however to give a Reinforced Florist's Encyclopaedia which has 480 uses.
NOTE: Since version pre12 this item does nothing, and it's functionality has been replaced by the Field Kit.
